The TiVo HD DVR, much like its older brother, Series3 HD DVR, contains Series3™ technology but it is offered at a significantly lower price for a few reasons: It has a smaller hard drive (160GB vs 250GB), does not include a TiVo Glo Remote and also doesn’t have a fancy OLED display.
