Established and operating since September 2000, we've offered pre-packaged TiVo upgrade kits, and upgraded TiVo DVR units longer than anyone else. DVRupgrade was founded upon a single principle: Enhance TiVo customers' experiences with their TiVo devices by providing premium upgrade products and services; and make it easy!

DVRupgrade currently provides products, service and support through our ecommerce site, http://www.dvrupgrade.com. We ship out of our warehouse in Los Angeles. We prefer to offer sales and technical support online. Communication online allows us to be thorough, to provide a wealth of self-help information, to provide easy links to detailed product information, and to be responsive even outside of normal business hours. We have made a significant investment in our commerce systems and prefer to securely process and fulfill orders online, however we can take orders for certain products by phone, if necessary.
