Video Recorder. Established and operating since September 2000, we've offered pre-packaged TiVo upgrade kits and installation services for TiVo Standalone and TiVo DirecTV DVR systems longer than anyone else. DVRupgrade was founded upon a single principle:

Founded by Engineers and veterans of the computer hardware and software industry, we've systematically built a broad range of products and services, and the support and commerce infrastructure to most effectively serve the emerging trend of
providing 'aftermarket enhancements' for consumer devices. Our employees' backgrounds include experience at Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, Inc, and Cray Research Inc, as well as other vendors and customers in the technological community. We fully understand the principles of product development, integration and most importantly, the responsibility to provide long-term support to our growing base of customers. And most importantly, we are better at it than anyone else.
DVRupgrade, Inc. currently provides products and services through our ecommerce site, We offer online sales and technical support for most of our products. Our business is located in Chicago, and we are incorporated in the state of Illinois. We provide support for pick-up and drop-off, but by appointment only. We have made a significant investment in our commerce
systems and prefer to securely process and fulfill orders online, however we can take orders for certain products by phone, if necessary.
