Your Series1 Standalone or DirecTV TiVo was never originally intended to be connected to your home network, but thanks to some nifty additional hardware, some additional software, and the magic of DVRupgrade's expertise, it is now possible to use a web browser to list your TiVo's content, schedule recordings,
and even control your upgraded TiVo remotely.
You can also complete your daily call using your Internet connection (if you have VOIP or no phone line, this is a great feature), and save videos from your upgraded TiVo to your
laptop or PC for remote viewing or archival if you have a Windows-based PC.

If you are performing a DIY upgrade and are installing and configuring the software components yourself, we also offer the TurboNet and CacheCard separately.
