Neuros LINK Neuros Technologies

Neuros LINK

The cable/satellite monopoly is over! Neuros LINK

The Neuros LINK gives you access to the largest video library: the Internet. Free TV shows, on demand with no subscriptions or contracts. The Neuros LINK is a media extender device that accesses Internet video content "on demand." Users can connect the LINK to a home network (no need for any other computers) watch videos on their television displays from Hulu, YouTube, and network sites that offer free videos of their programs. The Neuros Link connects to the television via HDMI, with a maximum 1,920x1,200-pixel resolution at 1080p, and full digital audio.

The Neuros LINK is the ideal platform for playback of downloaded content and archived video content if you do have a shared computing resource or network storage array in your environment.

Powerful. Play:
  • Online standard-definition and HD-quality TV and video
  • Local 1080p video in a wide variety of non-DRM'ed formats
  • Supports an extensive list of formats and codecs
  • Online and local music
  • Online and local photos

The Neuros Link platform is intended to be highly extensible, and the Neuros charter is to encourage users to modify and extend the capabilities of their platforms as part of making the product successful.

Gamma Program

The Neuros LINK is a product built on mature, tested hardware but with rapidly evolving software.  Its for people that want to be on the cutting edge, want to get in on the ground floor and participate in its evolution.  If the idea of reflashing your device alarms you, then the LINK is not yet for you.  This is for early-adopters to try out the product and provide feedback to Neuros and the community as it evolves and is prepared for official launch at some point next year.

More information about the details of the software on the LINK can be found here.
