Stalling at LOADING DATA

Phillips PDR-100 /w Instant Cake upgrade. I'm stuck in Guided Setup because I can never get past IMPORTING (Loading data). Sometimes I get message "85% 2 Min" sometimes nothing. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. Please send an e-mail to GeneHead@comcast.net if you have an idea.

Here is the reply I reeveiced from InstantCake "Support":

We have updated the status of your ticket with the subject, InstantCake to a status of closed.

Here is my reply to their non-reply:

So, what you are saying is, "We have your money you have our software that doesn’t work and we don' give a shit."

Do I have that about right?
