I just installed a DVRUpgrade to replace a dead HD on a Philips I just bought.
The guided setup works fine making both calls to the Tivo phone connection.
The area code for my area was 916 when this Tivo was built, but is 530 now.
The list of stations I get for 530 area code and zip 95959 is completely wrong.
How can I manually set the channels received?
When trying to display live TV I get the message "unable to display live TV".
If I "restart dvr" during some portion of the restart I actually see the output
station from our DTV to analog converter box on the screen driven by the Tivo.
If during that brief interval I switch channels several times on the DTV conversion
box each time I see that channel(s) I expect.
But once the restart finishes I see the "unable to display live TV", I've tried forcing
the channel to "03" the channel that my DTV box outputs.
