green screen after using InstantCake

I installed Instantcake last week and received the Green screen on boot. I let the system run its correction and everything appeared to be operating correctly. I now have started to reboot again. Not sure if I should reinstall. The original install showed no errors. I have a humax t800.

Have you run full diagnostics on the hard drive? If not, that is the first step... If you have and everything passed, you may have a bad cable, or a loose connection...
