Cant connect after upgrade

I just used instant cake to bake a wd wd3200aajb. Install went fine, but when I attempted to access tivo using wifi, it would not connect to the network. Tried using phone line, and it would not connect there either. I re-installed old hd, and all works correctly. My tivo is tcd540040. I downloaded correct instant cake, and configured all drives as per instructions (master slave for cd, master on secondary ide for destination drive.

How should I configure jumper for installation in Tivo? Old hd was set on CS. I tried both master and CS, but no help. Now the tivo is stuck on the guided set up. Should I rebake?

Well, after conncecting with the old hd installed, I re-attempted using the new one. This time I was able to connect using the phone line. I had to re-connect once or twice, but did a successful upload. After that, I re-attempted using the wi-fi and it connected successfully. No problems since.
