I already upgraded my Series 2 40Gig hard drive to 160GB some time ago using InstantCake including the network feature.
When in tried to replace the drive with a 320GB drive (only one I could get these days), I copied the old drive to the new using the Hinsdale guide. The copy worked fine but I could not expand the drive to the new size.
I have heard that TIVO has a limit on the number of times you can expand the drive without reformatting the drive.
Can anyone confirm this and provide a link where i can read more about this limitation including how to get around it.
Thanks
