R10 Stuck at "Almost There" Screen

After restoring Image to a New 80GB Drive, My R10 gets Stuck at the "almost there. Just a few mintues more..." screen. Anyone know whats going on? I have tried switching the jumpers around.

Do you have the drive set to cable select? That is the Tivo default for a single drive system. If the drive is a Western Digital master with no slave it has no jumpers present. :)

Thanks, but it seems the InstantCake I download had TiVo TCD540XXX Models Version 5.3-01-2-540 Standard Release on it instead of the Virgin R15 Stated in the Notes!
