I have a working ( for a couple years) network ( DSR-708's & 704's) that I tried to add a non-activated unit to. I only want to transfer items to it a couple times a month and never watch live tv on it.
Anyhow, everything seemd to have gone smoothly except that unit doesnt show the others in the list ( so I cant transfer anything), and since I'm not activating it, I cant record anything but I do get the message 'here you'll find a list of programs that have been recorded ....".
The other TV's all have the new unit in their list.
Can someone help me resolve this?
