Only one out of two tuners working after HR10-250 Upgrade

I upgraded my HR10-250 last night and everything booted up fine but now I am having a problem with my tuners. Only "Sat In 2" is showing signal strength, I can't get any reading on "Sat in 1". If I switch the cables the problem persists, no signal on "Sat In 1". I've tried restarting at least a dozen times and its a no go. I was very careful when I installed the two drives, I was thinking that perhaps I had shorted something but wouldn't that take out both tuners? Any suggestions anyone?

I should note that both tuners worked prior to the upgrade.

If I remember correctly, both of the cables on the inside of the case use push on connectors.

I suggest you take the case apart again and push both the connectors to make sure the cables are tight.
