wasted 20 cd's trying to make boot

Ok, so I know how to make a boot cd, and i've tried doing it with all kinds of different software out there, but it just won't work. I've downloaded the R10 Instantcake software and am having trouble getting it to boot from here. I've gone through this process with Instantcake and Ptvnet for a Philips 704 before and it worked great. Any ideas why it won't work now?
