I'm a noob with a DSR704

I am trying to install network capabilities on my DirectTV Series 2 Tivo DSR704. I think it got upgraded to a new version the other night - 6.4a?

I purchased and attempted to intall PTVNet and I get to a point where it says no such file on DHCP when trying to upgrade the Tivo HD.

Also - I have not backed up the drive. I am having problems running MFSTools. I cen't seem to get my DOS HD mounted - I get errors like invalid device ID. I am really getting frazzled with this damn thing.

I'm an MCSE - Just not had much exp with Unix/Linux....and I cen't believe I am letting this thing kick my arse!!!

PTVnet does not yet work with 6.4a for SD TiVo's(such as 704). :)
