As a new drive with PTV & IC - all working good, installed hackman last - all ok. From what I recall - the rc.sysinit.author used to load at boot is under the \etc\rc.d directory and was the PTV stamped one. I went into hackman and wanted the vserver to autostart along with Elseed - and I think it rewrote a whole new rc.sysinit.author as it only has hackman starts in there and no PTV stuff (i.e. ip address info, network call off, phone off etc. etc.).
Did I blow the PTV stuff out? If so, then I will copy over from the ptvupgrade\etc and put it back to the \etc\rc.d folder.
If this is where I messed up by having hackman autostart apps and it recreated a new author file - -then I will have to merge the two.
Can someone help clarify that?
