Recorded Programs Not Playing

I recently upgraded a GXCEBOT with a new 250gb harddrive and instantcake. Everything has been working great for about a month. Yesterday, I tried to view a recorded program and when I hit play it instantly went to the "Do you wish to delete screen" like the program had finished playing. When I selected do not delete, another error screen came up saying there was an error recording the program, there was no video signal. I started checking other programs and at least half of them gave me the same error. The problem is I got the error on programs I had watched the day before so I know they were recorded and there was a video signal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
