I'm trying to activate a TIVO with a wireless network in an apartment comlex. We don't have a land line. The setup procedes normally until it attempts to connect to the TIVO server. It then stops and displays error code N13. Through the TIVO website I found out this was a firewall problem, and it gave the ports that needed to be opened. Unfortunately the wirless provider refuses to open all of the ports. Has anyone ever run into this and has anyone come up with a work around? Any help would be appreciated.
