Hi everyone,
I have a baked Sony SVR2000 with a cachecard and 2x250GB drives. System has been working flawlessly for years, but recently it seems to be unable to retrieve schedule data. If I try to update the program info or do a test call the "connecting" step fails with a "service unavailable" message.
I've rebooted the tivo a couple of times and verified that the network connection is working ok. Web interface and telnet are working fine and I'm able to ping my router and various internet ip addresses from the Tivo bash prompt with no problems.
Any suggestions for what I might try next? Thanks in advance!
Eric
EDIT: I also double checked my dialing options, the dialing prefix is set to ,#401 and I've disabled the option to check for a dialtone.
