Can this be done?
I have already upgraded the hard drive in my SD-DVR80 to a 320 GB. Only 1 or 2 things have been recorded so I can deal with losing those.
I would really like to be able to do the network things with it like sharing recordings, Tivo Web, and TyTools.
Can I backup my recordings on my old drive that I just took out today, upgrade and apply hacks and then restore my recordings and settings?
I also want to keep 6.4a because of some problems I have read about going back to 6.2.
My wife would even like a bigger drive than the 320, like a 750 GB, but, we will see.
