instantcake halts during install

I have downloaded the iso of install a 500 gig drive for upgrade.
instantcake-IC2-pioneer-57H-9.3-tak-01-2-275 and burn it to a CD 3 different times with nero and the install halts following the text:
Mount:/dev/is not a block device
/etc/rc.d/rc.S: /cdrom/.live/bin/PTVbake: no such file or directory
I carefully followed the directions but there appears to be a file missing.
Any ideas.

Your CD-ROM is not configured properly (as the primary slave); please see the DIY software area for more information - this question has been posted several times before -- see instructions for details on the correct PC configuration!
