How long should this take??
Upgraded to a 160 GB WD drive in my Hughes SD-DVR80. I got the expected "error 51" message, so I cleared and deleted everything. Well, that's where I'm at. I'm not sure it should be taking hours (supposed to be up to an hour). I haven't activated my new access card yet, but I don't think that would be the problem. Any ideas?Been weeks without tivo, starting to have serious withdrawls.

Problem resolved
Wanna hear a funny story? I actually put the wrong drive in my Tivo (I have been really sick for 2-3 days). When I put the right one (a 160GB WD for SD-DVR80) in I got from DVRupgrade, fired right up. Actually, the dang thing is even faster than before. Navigating from page to page is lightning-quick. I expected it to be a little sluggish first starting up, but is faster than ever. Never thought it would make that much difference.
