My RA no is 334974. I received my TIVO unit back and it was no different than when I sent it to you. I hooked it back up and went through a very lengthy set up process to set it up only to find that, after all that, the unit returned to the same place - where it said on the screen that it was starting up and to wait a few minutes more and then it changes to a push power to start and shuts off.

The only paper that was included with my unit when you returned it says that the Drive A passes, and on the post-repair Tests the paper has a x mark that the unit powers on, the Basic operation is OK, the Remote is OK, and the Audio/Video output is OK. It also says on the Notes "reformatted".
