I'm not that new to TiVo; but, I don't have much experience hacking it. When my TiVo series1 (SVR2000) died recently, I was handily able to revive it with a new 160G drive from DVRUPGRADE. I guess that I was just having fun - so I followed the directions on DVRUPGRADE, and "unlocked" it. I edited my host file on my PC and used hyperterminal to telnet to my tivo and got a bash prompt. Then I loaded TiVoNet, which gives me some visibility and control of my TiVo -cool.

So, what's the next step - I think it might me extractstream. Or should I just quit while I'm ahead?
