    Question lifetime subscription with instant cake

    My series II humax T2500 tivo started having hard drive problems last
    week. I have backed up the data and bought a new drive last week.
    The restore isn't going so well. I would like to buy the instant
    cake product from you but I would like to know if my lifetime service
    that was purchased with the unit will still be good after I use
    instant cake with my new 500 GB drive.

    No, using InstantCake will not affect your subscription.
