HDVR2 upgrade

I just used instantcake 6.2a on a 500g Maxtor drive. I am using this to add a second drive to my unit to increase the space. After using your dual drive kit and reinstalling it all, after bootup the unit does not reflect the additional space. I am wondering if it is because my other drive had the ver.6.4a on it or if it just because the unit needs to upgrade the new drive on a call to 6.4a and then it will show the extra space. What do you think?

Is it possible the drive had the jumpers set wrong, I put it as a slave. Has anyone got any ideas?
