Over the last year, we've found that more and more frequently, PayPal fails to properly notify our shopping cart that an order has completed. When this happens on a downloadable order (InstantCake, PTVNet, and Universal Boot CDs) that means we have to manually update the order for the download to become available. Obviously, that means a delay.

Therefore, for the download to be available as soon as possible, please do not pay via PayPal.

If you have already purchased InstantCake via PayPal and you are waiting for your download to complete, we assure you that it will either when PayPal finally properly notifies us, or when we go through the orders manually, which we do at least once each business day.

We are sorry that PayPal is having this issue and we are exploring ways of working around the problem, but the best way is to simply NOT USE PAYPAL for this purchase.
