Commercial Skip Doesn't work

I recently upgraded my TiVo Series 3 HD with InstantCake after the external drive died and the OS software on the main drive became corrupted. Most everything worked fine.
However, the secret 30 second commercial skip/go to next Hash mark cannot be enabled. I press Select -> Play -> Select -> 3 -> 0 -> Select and I do not hear the 3 tones signalling success and the 30 second skip doesn't work.

Anyone have an idea on what to try?

Never mind. Got it to work.
