Channel icons not present and other problems

I upgraded my sat t-60 a few days ago and the unit fails to put the network (Aka the cbs eye on a cbs station just get directv logo instead) icons on my channel bar.
Also my suggestions are recording but not showing up in the now playing list any suggestions on how to resolve these 2 issues
